Horses are the softest, kindest animals that you will meet in your life. Here at Oppistal we don’t believe in the harsh words of “Breaking a horse in.”
You need to stare into their big, beautiful eyes…….
Did you know that horses grow until the age of seven? 
At Oppistal we love to train horses in a kind, loving way. Horses learn from pressure and release and we have mastered the perfect time to get the best training results.
Take Pepper and Dreamer as examples.  They were two rescue horses from Potchefstroom.  Thank goodness for a kind vet that saw Dreamer still had life in his eyes when he was lying flat to be put down.  Dreamer was rehabilitated and trained, and it was so rewarding to get on Dreamers back for the first time without a buck, bolt or kick.
We love training horses to respond to our body cues to perform more difficult tasks such as side passes, rein backs, flying changes etc.
